English language certificate
As you are aware, presenting English language certificate (IELTS: score 5.5 out of 9 or TOEFL: score 60 out of 120) by international students when registering or taking English proficiency exam, and attending English classes at international college (if not exempt from the English exam) is required. Recently, there have been many problems for some international students to graduate due to not presenting a valid English language certificate or attending English language classes, which highlights the need for providing accurate information to students.
Participation in the English proficiency exam and classes is mandatory for all international students from the beginning of the first semester. Students must take the English classes from the first semester of their studies if they have taken the exam and their English have been determined at levels 1-3, and if their English have been at levels 4-5, they have the opportunity not to attend the classes for maximum one educational term.
The current term starts on December 20, and English language courses for new students will start in the spring of 2021.
